Civic Engagement

The Uplands Community Collective is creating new opportunities for civic engagement in Westminster. We believe that a vibrant and resilient community is one where all people have the ability to participate in public life, to have their voices heard and counted, and to give back to the their community in a meaningful way.

Following recommendations by local and federal public health agencies, the Uplands Community Collective is minimizing all physical and in-person community events for the foreseeable future. In lieu of in-person meetings, we have created an online community portal to begin working on important issues, such as job creation and economic opportunities, food insecurity and attainable housing.
